At Barely, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 45 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Certain items such as personal care products or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned for hygiene or clearance reasons.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  3. Once your return is approved, ship the product back to the address provided.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
